Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels are intact and the product is clean and free of any wear.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
